As founding Partner of the Firm, she is specialized in corporate law, compliance, contractual disputes, corporate advice, commercial litigation, international transportation, immigration, medical and pharmaeucitical law, banking &finance law, construction, energy and renewable energy law.
Nazlı was graduated from Koç University School of Law and admitted as a qualified lawyer in 2018. She completed bachelor of arts in International Relations with the focus of International Political Economy. She was selected as the young tax professional of Turkey by Ernst and Young in 2017. She completed her master in Law degree in Galatasaray University on Medical Law.
Nazlı is also a native Persian and Turkish speaker; assist Iranian investors in their immigration and incorporation matters in Turkey.
